Sullivan Music Studio offers an exceptional learning environment for students at all levels.

The studio features two outstanding and impeccably maintained Steinway & Sons grand pianos. Students work primarily at a very special 7-foot Model B Steinway. This fine instrument was purchased from the estate of noted pianist, John Browning. The second piano, used for instruction, two-piano literature and to accompany concertos, is a Steinway Model D 9-foot concert grand.

In addition, the studio includes a fine harpsichord from the workshop of John Challis. This superb instrument has two manuals, three choirs (4', 8' and 16'), and five pedals for the various linkages and buff stop. This is an invaluable aid in teaching the music of Bach and other period composers.

Located in the historic Bluff Heights neighborhood of Long Beach, Sullivan Music Studio is close to the major intersection of 4th Street and Cherry Avenue, making it accessible to all of Southern California.
